What we collect on this website
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, company, email, phone number and message. We use it to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services. The legal basis is your request to us (steps before a contract) and our legitimate interest in responding.
Enquiries arrive by email and are kept for up to 24 months unless you become a client, in which case our normal client records policy applies. We do not sell or share your details for marketing.
Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, date, page requested) for security, for a short period.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are hosted on our own server, so your visit is not shared with third parties.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
